Complete the form below and attach your vector artwork for the highest quality engraving. High-resolution JPEGs or PNGs (sent at actual or large file size) are also accepted. You must own the artwork.

Within 2-4 business days, we'll create a mockup based on your design concept. Once you receive them, simply approve the artwork and place your custom order via email.

We hand craft your custom hat order and send them to you!
THE DEETS
- Custom wooden patch types are engraved Maple wood, Mahogany, Walnut or Cherry wood
- Custom lead time 14-21 days from proof approval
- Total minimum order quantity is a case of 36 hats. You are allowed to mix and match colors within the same style of hat
- Upon proof approval our team will email a custom invoice for payment and begin your custom order after payment is received in full. Custom hat sales are final and non returnable.

At Northline Customs, we use four premium wood types to craft our custom patches, each with its own distinct look and character:
Maple – Light in color with a smooth, clean grain, maple offers a crisp and modern look. It’s perfect for designs that need sharp contrast and a refined finish.
Mahogany – Rich and reddish-brown, mahogany brings warmth and depth to your design. Its fine grain and natural elegance make it a standout choice for a classic, sophisticated touch.
Walnut – Deep, dark brown with a bold grain, walnut exudes strength and style. It’s ideal for those who want a striking, high-contrast look with a touch of rugged charm.
Cherry – A warm, reddish wood that darkens beautifully over time, cherry adds a natural richness to your patch. Its smooth grain and timeless appeal make it a favorite for a refined yet rustic aesthetic.
